—As explained in the second pre-class video, download the SoBe Mindful App. You will be prompted to request an access code to unlock the app. You may use the IOS feature or send me an e-mail requesting the access code. (Even if you get the code from another student, please formally request it using the app or by way of e-mail as that is my way of knowing you have done so).
Writing Assignment:
Write a 1-2 page reflection (short answers are fine) that responds to the 8 prompts found on this Word document.
Please e-mail your assignment to Professor Rogers and Madeline Collazo by Wednesday August 21st at 5:00pm.
