Daily Practices (Practice What You Wrote in the Practice Journal Portion of Field Guide No. 3)
Practice every day. Lead yourself at least three times this week, by setting a timer and guiding yourself without listening to a recording.

This Week's But For Pause

This week's But-For Pause is an important Triangle Practice, with the count 4-7-8.

Please practice at least once so we can discuss in class.

I am sharing this video so you can hear Dr. Andrew Weil's (a founder of integrative medicine) recommendations on the frequency and regularity of practice, as I believe this applies across the different breathing techniques. I am confident you will find his discussion of interest.

As discussed in class, explore a breathing practice ONLY IF your experience indicates one may be of benefit to you and worth integrating into your day.
